This is a private poll (identity hidden to all forum users, even mods) for those who voted and who want to share who they voted for.

There is no obligation to identify who you voted for in the comments below, but the option is there if you'd like to.

If VV'ers were the only ones to vote, yeah, I guess it would be.

Why no option for David Shebib I walked by his spot on Bay last weekend and was moved to support him.

it would be interesting to have had a second poll asking what your second choice would be.

I think as someone noted here a day or two ago, many people here actually trend center-right but can't bring themselves to vote for CC again, in spite of the fact we have one of if not the strongest economy in the country. I was in that boat and I know many other folks who were in the exact same position......

I voted Green, as I think I've said in the general election thread. That's an unusual (and first time) move for me. I hate the Liberals - I don't think they're a primary driver of the economy but I'll concede some credit, and the NDP campaign and platform didn't do it for me. I think strategic voting is counter to the purpose of our democracy, so I landed on Green.

I have no clue what to expect tonight. If I HAD to guess I'd think Liberal majority; but I really just don't know.

Too bad there's no way of splitting it by riding....

I'm lucky to live in a riding that's pretty much decided, so Weaver got my 'X'...

/\.....I *think* it'll be a smaller Lib majority but really it all hinges on whether Horgan's Bunch can wrest away a bunch of key lower mainland seats from the Libs. If they can the NDP just might emerge victorious. If not then well at least the NDP knows the path to the Opposition benches in the Legislature all too well....

...and, as they say: no matter who you vote for, the government always gets elected..

My prediction is liberal majority. People don't care if the government is corrupt as long as its still running ok.

^ or more people would prefer a corrupt government catering to companies while keeping taxes relatively low vs a corrupt government catering to unions while raising taxes. There is no argument that the NDP wouldn't raise taxes. It's either do that, or backtrack on a lot of their promises.

Wasn't expecting to see the greens in the lead in Kootenay West.  Only one of 79 polls counted though....
