The BP was issued this week. The property address looks to have been changed to 931 Convent Place based on the Open Data page, and no permits appear under the Vic Map address of 505 Quadra.
Edit: so colour me confused... the Open Data page has two building permits with the same permit number, one for 931 Convent Place and one for 505 Quadra Street.

931 must be for the townhome component, would be my guess.

This project is already emerging from the ground at the north end of the property, so construction is moving along quickly.

Exactly one construction photo (from a Rob Randall flip phone no less) of a massive apartment building. I really should have spent more time here instead of The Wade. It’s so big and long that even the the Google Pixel wide lens I can’t fit it all in. Thinking about moving here, maybe I could get a discount by taking some half decent phone pictures of it, lol. From today (sorry, my printer ran out of colour ink for the last picture:

Be glad you don't live near Cook St. All summer we were woken up around 6:45, had a few days' break, now jackhammering has begun by 7 again.
