...Why aren't the rents guaranteed for perpetuity?...The next phase is that rents will have to be approved by the city... 

There was a time not so long ago when I would have thought these sort of ideas were too bizarre to even contemplate. I now imagine these concepts are actively being developed as CoV policy.  :whyme:

Public Hearing won't be until February. Not sure of the date.

 

Thanks for some reason I thought it was on January 25th, perhaps I got confused with the TC running the story that day.
