^Brilliant! You've made the billion-dollar sexual therapy industry unnecessary and irrelevant in one sentence! Just put on a happy face! How come nobody else thought of that!

That's not what I said.  Go back and re-read what I wrote.

Hockey players that are prone to concussions need to stay out of the penalty box.    :drillsergeant:

Ya, I'm open to have the discussion.

I just think there are all kinds of situations where a positive mindset will lead to a better emotional outcome.  And people should explore that as one possible course of action.  Why not?

A "sexual assault" now covers the range of rape to a pat on the butt to a proposition. I would think that the emotional impact as well as the ability to address it would vary quite a bit as well.

Absolutely.  And most people would hope that the emotional impact on the victim is as small as possible.  I simply posit that there are possibly ways for some victims to help themselves in this regard.  YES, we want to move to a point where there are much fewer victims, but while on the way, surely we also want to find ways to lessen the impacts of abuse.  That's all I've been saying here.

Former Victoria investment dealer and mystery-man Harold Backer returns to court today to face theft charges of over $5,000.

Backer disappeared in November of 2015 sparking a controversy over his sudden disappearance and whereabouts. Surveillance footage showed Backer had sailed to Port Angeles aboard the Coho ferry and the trail went cold from there.

Backer returned to Victoria in April of this year.

ScanBC reports VicPD off at a stabbing at a housing complex in the 800 block of Johnson...

Anyone looking to buy at that new Vivid building should familiarize yourself with your neighbours at 844 Johnson

Yeah, a person has suffered multiple stab wounds. The craziest thing is cops don’t have good radio reception in that building so they warned they’ll go dark when they enter the premises.

Can someone remind me how often the police had to be called when this building was a seniors residence?

Lockdown drills are done at my child's school elementary school. They are done once a year and the school liaison officer does attend.

ASSOCIATED PRESS BREAKING: California sheriff says gunman tried to get into rooms at elementary school to shoot more kids, but lockdown saved lives.

It's a YouTube video of the crime scene, but ya the forum seems to reject it in http and https format.

Yeah, the move to https has caused a lot of grief.

But not to worry, the VV engineers are already working on an upgrade to the system. That’ll be a feat.

I noticed it last month on chrome youtube videos are all of a sudden coming up as “unsafe script” for me I can authorize it in chrome on the right side of the address bar. Weird.

Unsafe script? Interesting. You'd think Chrome and Youtube, operated by the same company, could get this sort of stuff figured out? I dunno.

Holy smokes!!

When you click "load unsafe scripts" (visible to me on the far right side of the URL bar) Youtube videos show up!

That's really odd. It should be identifying https://www.youtube.com as safe, not unsafe. Hilarious, they are basically blocking themselves...

I would assume most of us are under investigation for one reason or another maybe adding in some extra script when it loads to VV?
