Hate Graffiti Discovered At Chabad Centre

Dear Suspect
On the day that these picture of you were captured, you illegally entered a building in the 3300 Whittier Ave. Not only did you enter a building you weren’t welcome to be in, but you got into the mail room and decided that you’d steal a package that did not belong to you.
For some reason you came to the scene of the crime with what appears to be a Halloween mask, but obviously you missed the memo that Halloween is in October. What’s even more confusing is you didn’t even wear your skull mask on your face, but the top of your head?
Your ‘trick or treat’ may have worked in the moment, but the real ‘treat’ for us is when our amazing followers recognize you and tell us your name.
See you soon

Owner of dog that reportedly mauled smaller dog at Mount Doug comes forward, cooperating with officers
April 10, 2021
Saanich police say the owner of a dog accused of biting and ultimately killing a smaller dog Tuesday evening at Mount Doug has come forward.
The dog owner “identified themselves” to police and is “fully cooperating” with Saanich Animal Control, according to police.
The mauling occurred at 7:15 p.m. near the summit of the park. The woman was walking her small dog and had stopped near the park’s lookout, when a larger, off-leash dog ran at her.
serious Q:
is a dog mauling actually a "crime"?

Free food, plentiful drugs, and, judging by the reported presence of bicycle chop-shops, very little law enforcement..
