Comforting to know you could Parachute into the competition.

Dude, chill. It's good to shake things up.

"No ice cream for you, one year!" I said.

They really wanted ice cream but they're also big Seinfeld fans so it all worked out.

If you see the Keg brand ice cream anywhere, it’s delish. Billy Miner Pie and a raspberry cheesecake one. There is a third - coffee maybe?

Cold Comfort shoppers are not Seinfeld fans, that’s for sure.

Cheesecake factory steak is one of the better flavours of factory steak. Much better than crankcase factory steak.

We stopped by Parachute after doing a  couple of recycle/dump runs to Ellice Recycling in Rock Bay - wow, a bit of a revelation to say the least. Awesome ice cream and you know its great when the joint - right in the middle of Rock Bay - has a huge lineup out the door and around the corner. Huge thumbs up (and I'm no ice cream fanatic or expert by any means but this place knows ice cream!)

We tried their ice cream for the first time at a local market. It was …bizarre and left a weird aftertaste. It wasn’t until the next day that we realized the ice cream wasn’t ice cream at all, but a coconut milk concoction that they have to sell when not selling direct from their shop, due to the dairy cartel forbidding them from selling their real ice cream off-site without their cartel milk/dairy.

Cold comfort had the same bs I think. I’ve seen it here before.

What?? That sounds like some serious bull****. I'd probably have a cow.

Hilarious puns aside, why would selling at an outdoor market be any different than selling in a supermarket or grocery store?

Sorry, are you saying you did buy it from a grocery store? Are you sure you didn't buy a dairy-free variation by mistake?

You were vague in that regard.

There was a cooler full of flavours and they were all made the same way. I’ll double check next time I’m at this market and report back.

Coconut ice cream is off-colour, when you’re expecting the real thing, for $10/bar.
