It’s 12 from Wollaston, nine from Esquimalt. So either or works

Anyone else notice some of the recent concrete work on this project? I noticed this over the last few weeks. I'll preface this by saying I'm an owner and by no means a concrete expert. There's quite a few areas where there are large holes/honeycombs in the concrete after the forms have been removed, some are quite deep and you can see the rebar through them. Is this normal? I would say that the photos make it look better than it actually is in person. It looks pretty bad, and the patch work I can see doesn't look much better. I'm a little paranoid after the whole gong show with Danbrook in Langford, I hope this is normal and I'm concerned about nothing. I asked about it on the Lexi Instagram post where they were showcasing the progress - no response to my specific comment...

Yeah, I don't think you need to be a concrete and rebar guy to see that it doesn't look good. Do these get inspected/signed off on at some point? I'd love the input of someone who works in the industry. I have been watching the build pretty closely and it seems this is the only area that's had issues, the rest looked good IMO. I did find it intriguing that they put up black fabric on the surrounding fencing around the same time...

Pre-sale buyer here as well. A few more photos from today. Concrete work aesthetically doesn't look great; however, I imagine it must be p. engineer signed off. ***I know nothing about structural concrete work, but these walls look incredibly thick.
