Maybe they upgraded? Last time I used the food court washrooms they were not very nice.

Bay Centre food court is currently at about 60% occupancy, and most of the food is terrible.
I went to my old stand-by Edo a couple of weeks ago, and was having difficulty finding my favorite items on their menu, then I noticed it was a guy and a woman (likely husband and wife) as the sole occupants of the booth (as opposed to the typical Edo 3 or 4 guys hustling at the hot plate, like real pros) ... and then it struck me that this was Edo in name only, that the entire menu was completely different, and very basic. I'm pretty sure the hot plate wasn't even turned on, as it seemed to be occupied by serving containers full of prepared food.

Yes, Edo was great. And that's not usually my style of food.

^ One would have thought that with dozens of people being forced to wait hours every day for their passports the food court would be bustling.

As a boutique shopping centre under global management, the shopping centre offers a seasoned team of market leaders to support your restaurant.
does this mean it's no longer mostly chain stores in the bay center?? i'll admit it's been awhile since i've been down there but last time i was down there it was mostly chain stores i could find in any other mall

That actually looks pretty decent. I honestly don't know if that outdoor space was ever used to its real potential.

It always had a feeling of being in the middle of it all. But the wall was a bit too high to enjoy the view. Even if you stood on a chair and leaned way over. (I never did that, of course. But I'm sure Mike K. did it.)
The opaque glass was probably not necessary. Why are Victorians going nuts with opaque windows these days? If you're worried about prying eyes while you eat a sandwich then you probably won't be eating sandwiches on an open deck downtown very often.

In that context they don't have to clean the class very often. If it was clear, it would look dirty right quick.

Unless you consider a hot dog a sandwich.
Then it’s late 1991.

I haven’t been seen eating a sandwich since 1984.
Neither has the invisible man. Big deal.

State of the art washrooms?
Yeah, they have flush toilets now.

^For some reason Nparker seems to object to the idea. I think it will be a nice change.

The bathrooms by the food court are the cleanest in the Bay Centre. The riff-raff are too lazy to go to that level, especially when the escalators were broken.

I'll have to take your word for it. I've never used them in my life.
