WHAT'S HAPPENING ON CITIFIED VICTORIA
Houses up at the top of Peacock Hill must have a fantastic view, but it's pretty exclusive. There are only a few houses up there. I was thinking a spiral lookout tower would be great as part of the Summit reservoir park's makeover. Weren't you supposed to be working on that?
