The ambulance bay was to have opened long ago. Is that operational yet?

I believe that it is the offices for the Fire Department + City Emergency Services. Not sure what else might be with them.

Fire hall operations are on the third floor. The dental clinic is separate on the 4th floor.

Still no signed agreement in place with BC Ambulance and it looks unlikely to happen, at least in the near future.

Wasn't that a pretty key part of the economic picture? Wonder if there was ever any real intent to have them in there or whether it was smoke and mirrors to get a deal done..

The ambulance crews working out of a hotel in James Bay have expressed frustration to not have moved yet.

From what I've heard the city is looking for certain guarantees from BC Ambulance which they won't agree to.
