My dogged effort to post plays-on-words related to Dalmatians was going to culminate with something about fire stations, but now I realize that must be why they named themselves such in the first place. So the joke is on me.

Yes, a Jawl Residential/Nadar Holdings joint venture, though I would say Jawl has been doing the more heavy lifting with Dave Jawl as the lead on the project.

Well, as per a request from my fan club, here’s a not very good picture of some rebar poking up. It’s almost impossible to get a good shot of this because of the very high plywood walls along Johnson which have no areas to peek through. All the condos and apartments beside it though must have a great view of the pit!
Anyways, at least half of it should be reaching street level pretty quick.

I really like the Dalmatian signage on the fencing, I’m sure that brings joy to families and kids who pass by the construction site
