Why so spotty? I would have expected things to be more black and white.

...as a joint-venture.
So we're saying there's a Split in Dalmatia? Do we have any facts and figs to back this up?

Not uncommon for a temporary corp to be set-up for joint partnership developments.

Oh, I'm sure. There's probably more than a hundred of them.

My dogged effort to post plays-on-words related to Dalmatians was going to culminate with something about fire stations, but now I realize that must be why they named themselves such in the first place. So the joke is on me.
I think we've gone over these puns before, haven't we?

Your attempted pun flew right over my head. One might say, I have a ruff sense of humour these days.

No worries, I can tell you're out of sorts because of how you misspelled "rough". I hope the mods don't go into attack mode because of that typo. Don't be surprised if they put you in the doghouse (although I have to say, their bark can be worse than their bite).

By which I mean to say, it's rare for them to turn the hoses on us.*

Not visible in Marko's photos, but this project has erected some of my favourite hoardings, at least along the Johnson Street frontage.

These days you can see what's going on inside the pit just by watching TV or listening to politicians.

Anyways, at least half of it should be reaching street level pretty quick.

I really like the Dalmatian signage on the fencing, I’m sure that brings joy to families and kids who pass by the construction site
