Is that purely what the area is zoned for Mike or is there actually a proposal pending of that height?

Isn't the tallest proposal the Uptown tower at half that height?

No, one of the Nigel Valley towers would be 16 storeys. The 24 storey limit is theoretical right now, I don't think anything is pre-zoned for that height, it's just identified as the upper limit in the OCP/area plan (correct me if wrong).

Correct. And the first proposal will be Aryze’s at the Island Outfitters site. I’m hearing the unit could will be up there so I’m going to have to say 20-storeys will be sought.

Know it all.

Has Aryze publicly denied there will be a Walmart supercentre in the development?

There's just something very satisfying about a bunch of strangers spontaneously coming together to flog a dead horse in unison without missing a beat.

I foretold you’d say that.

Hard to miss a beat when the horse is already dead, that would be some very poor flogging form

Poor Fifteen88, what did it do to deserve to be ignored this way in its own thread?

Fifteen88? What are you talking about? Is that some sort of code? Try to stay on topic.

Anyway, I was referring more to the rhythmic consistency of the flogging than the targeting of the individual strokes.

It's like the old saying:

"You can lead a horse to 1588 North Dairy Road but you can't make him flog Mike K. for spreading another rumour."
