[Kungsberg]

The Seawind condos, at the corner of Henry St. & Third St., are nearing completion (expected Nov. 2018).

 

Pretty nice location and views, close to the Sidney marina and not far to walk to the shops on Beacon Ave.  

I don't know Sidney well, but from what I experienced Third St. is a quieter street than the other major north-south streets (Resthaven, Fifth St, etc).

 

4-storeys, 24 units, and it seems there are 5 units left. [e.g. 1 BR from $525K.  2 BR + den at $800K.]

Am I doing something wrong or do they just have a crappy website?

 

I try to select the different titles such as penthouse or layouts and it goes nowhere.

I don't think you're doing anything wrong, LJ, I thought the website was pretty lame.

I got most of the above visuals from the MLS listings for the 5 units that are still for sale (including a little video).
