Thats exactly right. Even just using the waiting room in a regular board meeting for Zoom means the moderator only allows in the board members. Potentially allow watchers in with no ability to speak or chat unless specifically granted. This isn’t rocket science. This was failure to handle properly. It’s easier to deal with this in an electronic meeting than if someone showed up at a live meeting with an entourage.

Wouldn't the guy running the meeting be able to mute the non-invited?
