This must be getting close to topping out, if it hasn't already.

Surprised no windows going in yet.

Supply chain issues maybe. Oh maybe there are some at left?

The Pearl, a building significantly less complete than The Wedge has already started to have its windows installed.

Admittedly, The Wedge likely requires more complex glazing, but even so, it seems unusual that having reached its full height, so little progress has been achieved in terms of interior construction and window installation.

Cox Developments has used, for the past two projects ( Cook St and Johnson St. ) interior finishes from China. I was told for this project not only the interior finishes are from China but also the Glazing for the outside of the building. Supply issues seem to be the problem.

Tower crane was dismantled today. Structural steel that forms the roof structure is almost complete. Only a small section left were the tower crane was placed. Windows are still in China from what I was told so the exterior is far from completion.

Some of the windows/spandrel panels appear to be going in now.

Self-delivering, self-installing windows? No wonder they took so long. That's cutting edge technology. Self-checkout pales in comparison.

Some interesting (dare I say funky) colour choices and window shapes.

I like what little I saw as I walked past yesterday.

Really interested to see how that top floor shapes up with those huge roof panels and what those spaces are used for.

Here’s hoping they incorporate at least some part of it as a public space for the building residents. Rooftop terraces are such a great amenity in apartment buildings, especially when done right (ie, places to sit and relax/socialize, bbq stations, etc)

As an aside, the multilayered roof is a nice textural change from the monotony of flat roofed buildings on Johnson.

Not a great deal of progress yet on the window/spandrel installation.
