Methinks it would make for a powerful political statement if this building were left unoccupied with all the lights on so it can serve as an enduring symbol of the housing crisis.

I was wrong about the top floor penthouse being an amenity space, so yes, the entire floor is an amenity space for the project.

 

I had the opportunity to tour it today. Victoria has never seen something of this calibre, I don't think. It was stunning, and it's open for all residents of the building.

The renderings looked quite good, so pleased to hear it turned out great. Hopefully lots of residents utilize the space.

It's a shame some of that stunning design wasn't applied to the exterior of Hudson House. More people will see the outside than will likely ever utilize the amenity space.
