I think Hasbro has been hacked. Their site is returning 404 errors.

Anyways, do yourself a favour and look up Monopoly for Millennials, the newest edition of the board game, where you start with no money and collect “experiences” like living in your parent’s basement. No joke.

Hasbro has received a ton of backlash over the game but they don’t seem to care, lol.

Oh yeah, the game retails for $19.82 US. Get it? 1982?

It will probably be the biggest selling game of the upcoming holiday season.

Never thought I'd see the day when there would be themed variations of Monopoly.

Fishy, as the Amazon seller page lists "Monopoly For Millennials" as the seller, not Hasbro. I'm gonna go with extremely elaborate prank on this one.

The millennials who buy this game should make it absolutely clear to the millennials who sell it to them that they're extremely offended by the millennials who run Hasbro's game design division.

Sometimes I wonder if Monopoly itself might have been an extremely elaborate prank. Wouldn't it be hilarious if we took the least enjoyable board game ever invented and made it the #1 board game in the world?*

*I kid. I love monopoly. For about 10 minutes.**

**I continue to kid.

I forgot that the millennial who runs this site was listening.

Just so we're clear, Go to jail in the new edition has been replaced with the above. Ironic, no?

@Jackerbie, you can purchase the game at US Walmarts but they won't ship it yet.

Someone forgot to advise Walmart of the MSRP:

That’s a re-seller (note Centex Sales at the bottom). Walmart’s in-store price is $19.82 and they won’t ship it. Centex will though.

The parking lots full....a caution about bikes......cow discrimination....and pot?  Sounds like it should be Monopoly For Victorians.

Blame it on the millennials who run Hasbro's marketing division.

I plan to buy several of these games simply because I'm so outraged. But I'll keep one unopened just in case they end up being worth money 30 years from now (when people start getting nostalgic about that whole "millennial" thing they had otherwise completely forgotten about).
