I just find if I look at my phone right away I get distracted and lose sight of what I need to be doing. I'm much better planning out my day mentally and then looking at my phone when I've allotted time for it.

Her Worship resolves to facilitate, "[a] reinvigoration of the public sphere and civil society, a deeper dialogue on important issues and an increased sense of connection and belonging among people who hold differing points of view."

Wow.  I'll bet that she even said that with a straight face.

By “civil society” does the mayor mean literally civil society, or the new phrase for social services agencies and the industry at-large?

Know it all.

NYR

To have Municipal, Provincial and Federal stupidity effect my day less.

Always liked Christie Blatchford's articles. Here are her 2018 grievances.

oh probably.  harbour living is actually based in nanaimo and covers the whole island but yes they likely did not submit.  it's hard to find one place that is a go-to list for events around here.

Considering recent past history Mike you've asked a very important question - we hope to see an answer.
