On June 8th at the Roundhouse in Vic West, the first Victoria Wing Fest will be taking place.

Tickets went on sale this morning and are now sold out.

If you don't know, you don't know.

Fortunately Victoria Watcher was able to translate from Hipsterspeak to English for me. I felt pretty good that I was right about the "af" portion. My grandmother would turn in her grave to have her cabbage rolls described as "lit af" (even though they were).

Grandmother's cabbage rolls do not compare to glorious cabbage roll made from ingredients of patriotic collective farm!

That is no way to get kids to eat their veggies.

I had cabbage rolls tonight for dinner, from Costco, delish, or, er, lit af.
