That lot has sat vacant or what.. 10 years now? More? Glad that they're at least proposing something for it - although I'm sure there will be quite a vocal opposition from the surrounding neighbourhood

While I totally support development of this lot, I guess my definition of "up market" wouldn't have surface parking.
