Its a very clear message to the rest of the clowns on Council to shape up. It prob also puts the kibosh into Bens aspirations for the Mayors Chair under the current approach. He's going to have to change tactics

The only good thing she has done for Victoria since running for council in 2018 was allowing Stephen Andrew to get elected.
