I went in all those units on the weekend too. Yeah C floor plan looked pretty nice. I liked that it had 2 pretty decent closets on each side of the little hallway between the bedroom and bathroom.
And yeah, the Condo Group guy said that the patio area in the ally in the picture is meant to be outdoor space for the restaurant.

Those units look really nice. I'd definitely be interested if I was in the market.

The kitchen is the weak point of the design, and the narrow opening for the fridge makes upgrading to something larger quite difficult.
But given the design and location I'd say owners are probably more likely to go out for sushi and Noodle Box several times a week than to stock up on bulk goods from Costco.

^ The target market is probably one or two people, not a family, so a smaller fridge is likely OK.

I have a small fridge in my place and while it's great 75% of the time, every now and then you find yourself trying to accommodate a birthday cake and a case of beer in among the rest of the stuff and that's when you realize how limiting a small fridge can be.

Those demo units look pretty solid. Would be great to get pricing on them.
I also wonder if they cherry picked the best A/B/C units in the building for the demos.
Would be interesting if they have an option to buy them furnished, because the way they are furnished in the demos are pretty ideal already.

Pretty sure everything is on the table for the right price.

The guy showing them to us mentioned that there were units of the same floor plan (A/B/C) that would have better balconies.

The top floor units are also way nicer as they have 9' vs 8' ceilings. Big difference.

If you thought that $1,500 500 sq ft. 1BR unit was priced a bit high, Pemberton Holmes is offering a 2BR+den 732 sq. ft. unit on the fourth floor for $1,925.

I really need to go check out that layout. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, and a den in 732 sq/ft!

Maybe it has no living/dining room. That might be a cool concept.
