What I meant was it's not only BH this whole time it's been every one...  The pro-choice people, the governments and even the scientists...  Pro-choice folks (see not saying anti-vaxxers but you know who who are) have been saying that's the way out, just let the virus go rampant and everyone gets it so everyone is immune..   Then the pro-vaxxers say if enough people take the vaccine (along with multiple boosters) the virus won't be able to travel from person to person.  So when you say "They" told us so, you have heard it from all sides.  Your sentiment however is to point fingers at just the government.  Non one has been right about that...  As long as the virus continues to change immunity will not exist.  Like I said I know vaxxed people who are sick and I know unvaxxed multiple sicks...   There might not be immunity...

We're all past it now ... hopefully for good, but willing to continue vigilance in order to make sure we, and/or our loved ones are hopefully kept free of the virus moving forward.

Personally I’m willing to forgive and forget as soon as federal travel mandates are dropped.

Currently I can’t board a plane in my own country because I didn’t get an experimental injection that doesn’t work for a variant of a disease that isn’t circulating anymore that I have natural immunity to. This is about government overreach and tyranny NOT public health.
