Actually, for many months now it's been deemed more than appropriate by governments and citizens around the world to remove your mask when you're making a "speech" to the public, usually from a podium and usually somewhat removed distance wise from the nearest person or persons.

 

Your clutching of pearls as relates to this photo is more than a bit misplaced.

 

Similarly, you favorite band or performing artist also remove their masks when they perform onstage ... with such a mask wearing or removal having nothing at all to do with anything you're imagining might be taking place.

I think your imagination is finally getting the better of you!

Eventually, Canada’s international travel restrictions will have to go, as travellers will begin to avoid Canadian carriers and perhaps even Canadian destinations. At the moment, it may be quicker to drive to Buffalo rather than wait in security lines in Toronto.
