For the China Town project, what is the proposed zoning under the new OCP?
Dont believe that the building is under heritage designation.

Chatham St. side is looking like it will be very grey, which should surely delight all the grey fetishists out there. Assuming they actually exist. If they do actually exist, I bet they're hanging out somewhere with the plain-panel fetishists.
Also, that would seem to be a lot of commercial space on the ground level.

This is a fairly historic project. It’s not often we see this level of homes under one roof, at 278 units, plus commercial. Might this be second only in downtown to View Towers, which has around 330 units, give or take?
