I'm loving the densification of Langford. But methinks the failure of Danbrook One will loom large and may cause this one to be shelved for a while.

That’ll get solved. They’re already building a 12-storey residential tower not far from Danbrook, and the appetite for more is certainly there.

Danbrook had mistakes that I don’t think will ever happen again.

I'm hoping the densification of central Langford helps to build on the case for commuter rail between downtown and Langford. Having many thousands of people living and working within a short walk from Langford Station is a great thing.
