Every time I see or hear the term "primary bedroom" I laugh. It's hilarious that the woke took offense with the term "master bedroom" almost exactly 3 years ago. Watch HGTV and you'll see what I mean.

But masters programs still exist at the universities that brought up the sensitivities around the term master bedroom.

The problem with this house is the lack of slave bedrooms.

I'm writing a book and I use Grammarly. It has Woke suggestions built in. My book involves ancient times so "slaves" is used. This word is red underlined and has a suggestion to use another word because it is offensive. It also doesn't like "old man"

I am a slave to my mortgage. I'm not offended by the term. I just know the reality of things.

I didn't know that was a thing until my daughter told me. I said, what the heck? That's ridiculous and I'll continue to call it a master bedroom.

I often wonder how many retakes happen when people in HGTV shows say "master bedroom".

Funny this conversation started with a property listing at 311 Masters Road.

It should be renamed to Ei-/Luk=tam Street...or something of that nature.

Up to four units to be allowed on single-family lots in B.C.

The provincial government says it will introduce legislation in the fall to bring in the change across British Columbia.

The province noted Monday that 100,000 people moved to B.C. in 2021, and another 150,000 people in 2022, the most in 60 years.

Why wait until the fall. What I'm hearing is that it's so they have more time to water down the legislation even further.

You will gain nothing from this except revenge. Unless you can afford a $1,000,000 net zero one bedroom suite.

Personally no but my parents own 3 properties that will likely be developed in time once this passes. I'll end up being a beneficiary sometime down the line either through inheritance or by Buying one or more of the units once built at the cost of construction.
