That aerial has north and south flipped. The lot is on the west side of the block, not the east.

I’m not sure if sewer is coming “soon,” perhaps in several years to a decade, but not soon. First, Sooke has to build a larger sewage treatment facility to accommodate population growth. It currently can’t service the approved inventory it has on the books.

Why the fascination with brown?

 

Those repetitive & generic subdivisions could be much improved just by adding a few stylistic exceptions at strategic locations. And it's not as if absolutely everyone wants to look exactly the same as everyone else. Some people don't, so why not give them some options?
