I love all the pedestrians and bikes in the photo. In 100 years that kind of action has never existed there.

I'd rather see a re-creation of the "historic" traffic circle with a fountain at this intersection.

I think I’d rather see it simplified.

Have some decent traffic engineers see if they can find a way to reclaim some real estate here.

Do we really need this intersection to process traffic in every direction?

For example at PM rush traffic northbound off government takes a cycle that shuts off northbound Douglas traffic.

It wound probably be more efficient to get all that traffic to use Douglas and just use government to populate gorge road outbound.

Similarly do not let northbound Douglas traffic go to gorge. Make drivers get into government earlier if that is their destination.

no people are better than Canadians at determining what is best to do with other people's money or property
