I don't recommend re-heating your left-over pizza at this temperature - at home.  Although you could probably do it on the oven self-clean cycle.  Although, again, 3 hours might be too long. 

 

I do some home ceramics this way.

Interesting that they picked Sidney over Victoria.


They are taking over a location that was already a similar style pizza restaurant with a pizza oven. Should be an easy move without as much setup as a completely new location.
