I think that TC will thrive in a different format. The problem with the MSM is that everything is broken up into 3-5 minute segments whether the issue is complex or simple and then every host swims in the same lane throughout the day.

 

Give the guy a chance to dig deep and discuss what he wants and he will give Rogan a run for his money.

The crazy thing is Rogan is not smart (he admits it) or all that good. But he’s got the audience. He doesn’t even really get many top guests.

Rogan has an image that sells. He figured out, if he calls himself not smart, it will make his podcast more relatable to an average listener. He gets 5 million views, the MENSA guy gets 5,000.
