I guess it's true what they say: you're damned if you ADU and damned if you adon't.

 

Which reminds me, whatever happened to soccer player Freddy Adu?

Assessed value is only $9 million. 

 

Maybe they did a bathroom reno without a permit and that’s not been reflected in the assessment.
