It seems like only yesterday when one of B.C.'s longstanding medical crises was the concentration of doctors in Victoria and Vancouver and their general unwillingness to go to other communities.

Several of these plans are topics that are entirely outside of the CoV's purview. Why spend money on a consultant to prep a plan to combat the doctor shortage?

 

Anyway, I think my plan is to start a consulting biz writing plans for city government. Apparently there's lots of work available.
