I did a quick search on the forums about this, so if it's already been discussed please redirect me to that thread!
there is a fairly large lot being developed on the south east (?) face of Moss Rocks, near the corner of Memorial and Fairfield. I can't tell if it's a private lot or not as it extends up part of the actual hill. does anyone know if this is just a residential development or something more?

This has been touched upon a bit.
I think it's just going to be a single family. It was a house that was torn down about a month ago and I've seen no rezoning application on the sight. (I pass by the sight often.)

Looks like I might have been wrong about this one. Looks like a duplex.
Also, I might be imagining things but I think the house next to this lot was torn down as well. Or my eyes are playing tricks with me.
Will take pictures...

Here are some pics taken this morning.
Difficult to tell from the angle, but this is definitely a duplex.
I swear, I don't remember this huge empty lot next to this development even a week ago. I'm pretty convinced that there was a second house that was torn down here:

These look awesome, THIS is west coast architecture, not that river-rock shat on horrible faux-craftsman **** they're building.
