No thread for this?

Any big events this year, it's a Friday.

Two days after:

I remember when SPD was (sort of) a thing....maybe 35 years ago. Many and I would even venture to say the majority of people I/we know these days, including both Mrs ASE and me, either don't drink at all or do so very very seldom it barely qualifies.

Now...OTOH....if you could point us in the direction of a celebratory 'event' where gummy edibles are substituted for booze then I'm pretty certain the 'participation rate' would be considerably, um..."higher". St Cannabis' Day anyone??!

I hope to glimpse a leprechaun, he will escort me to the pot of gold.

Seems to be on the wrong date.

You can “celebrate” it about five days on either side. The best day for spotting a leprechaun is the 17th

One of my best St. Patrick’s Days was in Mexico the resort really played it up, beautiful buffet on the beach. Saw an iguana

Myself I’ll probably continue binge watching Always Sunny in Philadelphia on Disney+, which I fear is drastically lowering the brow of my posts

I am watching that for the first time now, not sure why I never did before. It’s laugh out loud funny, but like trailer park boys my limit is two else I feel my remaining brain cells dying.

Every place I’ve gone to today has been out of mistletoe.

I’ve watched Sunny in the past but never given it a full binge. I’ll tell you when I had enough!
