We looked at one such conversion on Esquimalt road before we bought at Parkside Place in 08. Seemed a bit odd, they simply took an apartment and the one above and put in a staircase. Glad we went where we did. Anyone who bought a three bedroom townhouse for $240k in 2008 made out like a bandit. Life changing.
