I think Aaron Gunn should stay as MP for a while first. I also don't think he's electable as a party leader.

I would think Aaron Gunn prefers to keep his secure seat and MP pension rather than risk it all to lead a party that might be just a momentary blip on BCs history.

I think he'd end up forced out faster than Jason Kenney was, for sure.

I hear Brad West's name being bandied about but if you thought Rusted was too left wing/centrist, Brad won't work for you.

At this point someone like Horgan would be a breath of fresh air compared to Eby.

Will Gunn run? Island MP considering BC Premier bid

Gunn said part of his goal if he were to become the party leader, would be to reunite the conservatives.
“This province has been heading in the wrong direction on so many issues, whether it’s drugs, whether it’s the cost of living, whether it’s this compromising of property rights, and we just need to unite the opposition and make sure the party can show British Columbians there’s a government in waiting,” said the MP.

Kerry Lynne Findley is pondering whether to throw her hat in the ring for leadership of the Conservative party.
She had a pretty good record as a MP in the Harper government, might be a little too old to generate interest in the youth contingent.

According to OneBC, there have been multiple recent attempts by Brodie to obtain control of party assets without authorization. These breaches included multiple attempted breaches of security systems, communications software and databases of the party.
Because OneBC is composed of only two MLAs, Brodie and Tara Armstrong, Armstrong was able to provide a vote of no confidence, which removed Brodie as interim leader.

British Columbia legislator Dallas Brodie, who earlier this month was removed as leader of the OneBC party, says she has been reinstated.
Brodie says on social media she has regained control of the party after negotiations following what she is describing as a "difficult 10 days."

I think Aaron Gunn should stay as MP for a while first. I also don't think he's electable as a party leader.
North Island-Powell River MP Aaron Gunn says he won’t seek the leadership of the B.C. Conservative Party, given the risk that if he left federal politics, he could hand the federal Liberals a majority government.
Gunn, who previously said on social media he was considering a run, said his departure “could upend the balance of power in Ottawa” and pave the way for the Mark Carney-led governing Liberals to achieve a working majority.
If Gunn left and his vacated federal seat was won by a Liberal, the Carney government would have a functional majority.
“While the risk is small that my departure could upend the balance of power in Ottawa and give the Liberals that majority government, any risk is too great a risk for me,” Gunn said in a video announcing his decision.
He called it the “toughest” decision of his life.
