They did not say where in the bulding a restaurant might be located.

Oh, maybe just ground floor.

As the future landmark building and community hub, TELUS Ocean offers 158,441 SF of total floor area, including 10-storeys of office space that will redefine the Victoria office market. With 5,300 SF of retail and restaurant space on the ground level, a unique multi-level indoor atrium and outdoor space on the rooftop for events and gatherings, TELUS Ocean will become a key hub in Victoria that draws future investment, new business, people, and collaboration.

They should have added a nice swimming pool that we could pay to use.

I wonder if Glowbal group is too high end to go in this building. Their restaurant in Telus Garden in Van is really nice.

Looks like the restaurant is in the southwest corner of the main floor, according to the plans.

The CHEK news article says there's was a hole in the ground in 2021. I don't think they started digging until 2022. The CHEK news article also states that the skyline will change when the building opens later this year, but it seems to me like the skyline has already changed. (? lol)

As part of the opening day ceremony they'll be erecting a 500-foot-tall flagpole on the roof.

No doubt it's a major new building, but the skyline has hardly changed at all when viewed from many angles.
