The intent comes from who is paying for content to reach you. Talking heads with huge advertising budgets spend money to make sure content helping you become an anti-Semitic bigot reaches you. Then they can sell you anti-fascism juice.
Or the advertisers that use the talking heads to sell their product promote the talking head indirectly. Whichever way it happens, it still happens that way.
I really like to watch talking heads who debate. 1:1 discussions. The algorithm does a good job of curating that content and it serves me well.
Speaking of advertising, the CRAZY amount happening for these weight loss drugs is somehting. In both Canada and the US. And they are often coupled with the online doctor thing, no need to see your own doctor to get going.
