Back in the day there were gangs of punks in Victoria who would improvise rooftop gatherings, no proper patio space required.

So many people had keys to market square shops, rooftop events happened once in a while, especially when there was music in the square and fireworks nights. Security didn’t mind as long as there weren’t any problems.
Drove through here today, lots of moving trucks and mattresses being delivered.

So I assume that little driveway beside the new rental building is a temporary thing as we await the next round of construction next door?

Is it the $5000 CoV brand of ping-pong table?

It seems solid. But its unfortunate proximity to planters, rocks, etc. would rule it out as a possible venue for VV's next tournament. When VVers play ping pong we cover a lot of real estate.

I live at Dockside and funny enough, I saw the ping pong table being used yesterday for the first time!
Also, the rental building is now accepting tenants. A few have moved in.
Bosa is still selling units in the first two towers as some units have still never had any tenants. I can't see any construction starting on the next phase until they have all three towers close to full.

Yep, people are now living in all three towers. Granted, Tower 3 (rental tower) probably only has a handful of units with tenants. Many more to come soon though.

Was it a glum-looking guy bravely trying to make a go of it all by himself? If so, I think I know who that was.
