I only saw the video from the morning session. If I remember correctly, all of them were in favour of the proposal and Helps said something along the lines of "I look forward to approving this later today". So I don't know the specifics of what happened tonight but it sounded like the plan was to approve it. I suppose I'm jumping the gun in saying it's approved.

The building shell looks done in terms of the outside. They are working on the interior and landscaping. Or so it seems to me.

The landscapers have been transporting gravel and boulders from the southern portion of the future building site to the presentation center.
Today there is a crew four people marking the building site ground with red spray paint.

I believe the Chinese buffet is now an Indian restaurant, but the juxtaposition remains the same.
