It's nice to see all that action didn't stop a couple of workers from having a picnic.  :D

Looks like they're keeping the trailer onsite to use as a construction office.

Hopefully they do a launch in the near future. I'm interested t see what price points they come out at and what type of floor plans they will offer.

Action...    :construction:

Looks like, at a minimum, they're providing underground utilities to the former site of the DG trailer so they can remove the power poles.  Maybe also prepping utilities for the site in general.

And, next door at Merridale, the signs -- advertising a spring 2020 opening -- have all been removed.

Of course this is info for the Cobble Hill location.

Any news?  The sales centre seems to have gone quite on the building front - though I've seen a bit of site work around the big hole; nothing major yet.

I don’t think anything substantial will materialize here until fall, or more like 2021 as far as sales are concerned.

The building permit application is under review, and the excavation permit is listed as on hold.

Also, regarding Merridale, the building permit is listed as on hold and the alternative solutions application (related to Building Code compliance) is under review.

Wasn't the space for the three new towers excavated over a decade ago? Or is their collective footprint larger than what's already been dug?

Not quite sure, but the density is higher than the previous vision which I think was for two towers.

They are widening the pit where the new buildings are going. The dirt is being piled on the eastern side of the existing berm, toward the blue power building.

Looks as if the dirt will reach all the way to the fence for the Merridale building.

It's my understanding that they are moving forward with the next 3 towers.  They plan to extend the greenway & water feature along the new section. I've mislaid the renderings they shared at a community meeting, but I suspect the dirt they are piling up is where the greenway & water feature will extend.  I saw 4-5 machines working the last few days.

Check out that downtown skyline. It sure was more interesting in last night's episode of the Twilight Zone.
