It looks great. I hope, once they’re done here, that Bosa moves the crews over to the Roundhouse development.

 

They will be busy at Dockside for another 6 to 10 years.

Roundhouse would be the other Bosa, if you mean the Bosa that built the two at Bayview.

Do my eyes deceive me or on the Tyee Road side is there cladding on some of the townhouses that isn't your typical stuff for a new building in Victoria? I'm not saying it's necessarily upscale stuff, but as of right now the look seems half-decently fresh to me.

FYI - latest update from Bosa (future Tower 2 resident here):

Anyone remember when Dockside Green was supposed to be finished by 2015?

Also, drawing from plans so long in the tooth now, conceived in the early 00s, I think we can all realize how silly the short heights were in the initial phases. There is no reason an extra 200 homes couldn’t have been built there.

Looks like a common pathway down from Tyee between tour 1 and 2...that's pretty cool. Will make it a breeze getting to downtown.

I'm amazed by how fast Bosa has built these towers.

They are also pretty decent looking compared to some of their contemporary builds. I think even aastra might like them (not love them).
