Why is the bed in the dining room?

 

That's a luxury!  Have you seen the ones where the bed is in the kitchen? Listening to the economy fridge kick on and off all night must be wonderful.

Bosa has submitted its Development Permit for the next phase of the Dockside Masterplan (16-storey and 19-storey condo buidlings). It will complete the row of buildings fronting Tyee Road. OurCity (victoria.ca)

Council should consider zero parking other than bicycles. We have a long way to go to meet our goal of the same ratio of cars to people as North Korea.

Check that, the parking ratio is 1.25 stalls per unit. That includes 29 visitor stalls and one car-share stall.

yes, it also included a large open air Amphitheater near the Esquimalt road end of the development.
