Things are slightly behind schedule with this: Tower 1 closings are anticipated to begin late August/early September, and Tower 2 is anticipated for late September/early October.

Hard to say the timing of Tower 3, but estimates have had it about 3 months after Tower 2 so might be looking at the New Year now.

yes i put a deposit for one of the last 1 Bdrm in tower 1 back in October '21. And luckily got a new-build pre approval back then.

I like that orange cladding, straight out of somebody's 1970's kitchen remodel. No, seriously, I really do like it even though I'm making fun of it. It's original for a Victoria building, as if somebody at some level of the design process actually made a design choice rather than forfeiting the choice altogether and going with the same old blah that you see on so many other new buildings. These days I'm inclined to give the thumbs-up to any cladding that doesn't try to look like unfinished drywall.

We bought a 2-bedroom in Tower 1 presale October 2021. Very exciting watching the work from here in Ottawa. I've truly appreciated the photos and information from this group! We grew up in Victoria, and have been waiting decades to get back. Getting closer every day.

I live up on Saghalie Rd, a block away so it would not be much of a re-location :) I am renting it out. Hoping to buy one pre-sale unit in every single subsequent tower. 

 

I am super bullish on the area long term.

I wish we had been able to buy here! Right from the beginning. I drove over the JSB today and holy cow the harbour is looking amazing. Just gotta get rid of value village now.
