The base of both the astoria and the belvedere are now completely full. The belvedere now has a tea room and art galllery in addition to the coffee shop.

The art gallery/tearoom is great. The 365 Waterfront showsuite at the far end is still vacant.

Oh is that closed now dang. Oh well if that was a convenience store it would be great. Or perhaps a little veggie place like the own in Cook Street Village.
