The Sovereign is finally sold out with the penthouse #1001 selling for $950,000 (originally listed for $1,100,000).

My concern is two fold:
1. More vehicles crossing pedestrian space, with associated increased risk of injuries or death

 

 

Anyone heard anything about any problems with the entrance to this building?  Seemed pretty safe to me.

 

I got to visit it recently.  It's a bit odd that there's only 3 visitor parking stalls, but at least there's guest parking.  The car elevator concept is pretty fancy, although I'm told they have a tendency to break down.  

 

The views of the harbor from the tenth floor unit were stunning.
