Looks legit. But it's not in the news yet. How'd you find it, Holden?

I see a lot of local bars are giving free cover charge for ladies at certain days and times. If they refuse the same terms to a male patron they could be setting themselves up.
I'm trying to think of any other medical condition that might be seen in the same light, I'm coming up blank.

The term "person with albinism" is prefered to the term "albino."
If Earl's then changes the name to "Rhino With Albinism" then there's no problem. Since the Earl's rhino does in fact have albinism then referring to it as such is entirely appropriate. It just comes down to the linguistics of how it is said, which is just a personal preference.

“Earls Restaurants, voted one of the 50 Best Employers in Canada, created Albino Rhino, our “house beer”, 25 years ago. The name was chosen because it was fun and whimsical in sound and denoted something rare and special – we felt proud to have such a beautiful animal, the white rhino, representing our brand.” On occasion, our Albino Rhino beer is paired with a chicken wing special, however we do not offer “albino wings”.
It did not occur to us that the name would be associated with Albinism, nor did it occur to us it would offend, and in the 25 years we have been serving our beer we have never had a complaint about the name, until now.
We very much respect what Mr. Ash (the gentleman who initially voiced the complaint) is doing to improve the lives of persons with Albinism in Tanzania and his passion in bringing attention to the terrible occurrences there, and while we sympathize greatly with this, we do not feel that the use of the white rhino on our logo or “Albino Rhino” as a beer brand reflects, intended or unintended, any intention to discriminate against persons with Albinism.”

Bad Frog Beer
Bad Frog Beer is an American beer company founded by Jim Wauldron, a tee shirt salesman, and based in Rose City, Michigan. Bad Frog beer is a light colored amber beer with a moderate hop and medium body character. The beer generated controversy and publicity because its label features a frog extending its second of four fingers, presumably the middle finger. The slogan is “Beer so good it’s bad”.

Changing the name because of this complaint would then show that albinism is something to be ashamed of.

This person is just playing the victim. There is nothing wrong with naming a product Albino.
Changing the name because of this complaint would then show that albinism is something to be ashamed of.
And even if it was somehow distasteful, why should a quasi-court decide what I can call something.
If I call my new line of pop "cancer-soda" would that be fair game for these tribunals?

"Coming up blank" is very offensive to those of us who have voluntary or involuntary non-productive fertility status. Refrain from using that phrase or prepare to hear from our lawyer.

Beside if Earls has to lose their Albino Rhino, then Cactus club should lose its Ugly Ale. It's only fair. There are a lot of ugly people in the world that I'm sure shed a tear every time they poor that beautiful golden nectar down their throats. Must be a very ambivilant experience.

Well, if the New York Post has the story, it's gotta be bizarre.
