Sorry, I meant the make-up, like studios, one-BR's, two-BR's, etc. No need to specify the exact amounts, just the types

It's all 1bed/1bath, 1bed+den/1bath, and 2bed/2bath if I recall correctly.

Oh...hah.

shoeoflack has pretty much nailed it, but I'm pretty sure all the units with a den have 2 bathrooms. Most of the units are 2 bed + 2 bath.

1 bed + den seems to equal 2 bedroom for some complexes. Kind of like pint glasses, kind of a flexible marketing definition.

That's right, 1bed+den/2bath. There was a master bath. Those units were the two sharing a patio on the inside corner of each floor. Can't market them as a true 2 bedroom, but it was clear that's what they were there for.

We walked through a couple of those units while they still were under construction. Quite spacious actually, but minimal natural light because of the corner layout. Except for the ones on the fourth floor which had skylights...nice touch there.

Yeah. IIRC the floorplans at Sophia for the units with a den depicted a penciled in bed in the den. The dens have no window and no closet.

I like the layout of the units with the dens, but yes, they are interior units so they only have one window plus the sliding patio door. We're on the end and have four windows plus the sliding door to the balcony. Huge difference and well worth the extra money, IMO.

They had one of those always kind of awkward interior windows if I recall correctly. Really gives it the unit that office building vibe.

Oh really? Weird. There are reasons those units were cheaper!

That's not quite correct. If the den is large enough to use as a bedroom, it's called a junior one-bedroom. If the den is large enough to be, well, a den, it's referred to as such.

So size matters, but it's what you do with it that really counts?

Since Phase 2 is now being built, perhaps the title of this thread should be updated?
