I thought the $35k per unit seemed high but the 19 storey building has just 16 condos.
So some units cover more than one floor? Wow!

I was only surprised because there were so few units overall at Eugenia Place and one unit (or many two) straddles more than one floor.

[Seattle:] Three men and one woman were killed after a crane collapsed onto several cars on Mercer Street in South Lake Union on Saturday afternoon.
Two of the people killed were crane operators and two others were in vehicles struck by the crane. Their identities have not yet been released.
